SIOUX CITY—GOVERNOR-ELECT TERRY BRANSTAD THIS MORNING ANNOUNCED A SIOUXLAND WOMAN WHO HAS LED ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT EFFORTS HERE IN SIOUX CITY FOR THE PAST 15 YEARS, AS THE NEW DIRECTOR OF THE IOWA DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT. DEBI DURHAM, THE G-O-P PARTY’S 2002 NOMINEE FOR LIEUTENANT GOVERNOR, HAS BEEN PRESIDENT OF THE SIOUXLAND CHAMBE OF COMMERCE SINCE 1995:
