SIOUXLAND—THE SIOUXLAND FREEDOM PARK PROJECT RECEIVED $50-THOUSAND TUESDAY FROM SIOUXLAND HY-VEE STORES AND BPI TECHNOLOGIES.

THE FOUR SIOUXLAND HY-VEE STORES PRESENTED THE ORGANIZATION WITH A $25-THOUSAND CHECK TO HELP MAKE THE VIETNAM WALL REPLICA, A REALITY.

SIOUXLAND FREEDOM PARK STEERING COMMITTEE CHAIRMAN MIKE NEWHOUSE SAYS THESE DONATIONS WILL MAKE A HUGE IMPACT ON THEIR FUNDRAISING EFFORTS.

ON HAND TO MATCH HY-VEE’S CONTRIBUTION WERE ELDON AND REGINA ROTH OF BPI.

SIOUXLAND FREEDOM PARK WILL BE LOCATED ON A 55-ACRE RIVERFRONT PLOT IN SOUTH SIOUX CITY.

GROUNDBREAKING ON SIOUXLAND FREEDOM PARK WILL BEGIN IN LATE SPRING.
