SIOUX CITY—A Sioux City man has been indicted on federal charges over tax returns for his Nebraska-based business. The U.S. attorney’s office in Omaha announced Thursday that 41-year-old Patrick Bohall faces one count for filing a false tax return and three counts for failing to file a return. He faces up to six years in prison if convicted. Court documents say Bohall reported about $222,400 in itemized deductions on his 2003 business tax return that was taxable income and failed to report about $1.3 million in income from 2004 to 2006. A call to a number listed for Bohall rang unanswered. The Nebraska Department of Insurance lists Bohall’s business as Legacy Financial Services in South Sioux City. He’s licensed to offer life, health and accident insurance.
